Betrayal in a Valentino Frock
A woman is cocooned in the veils she keeps. Or is she?
Does she watch from within, or tangle & betray herself?
A red lipped, haute couture collusion, bursting at the seams.
Watch 'Betrayal in a Valentino Frock' here.
Betrayal in a Valentino Frock is an artistic collaboration, shot over two afternoons in an old Mechanics Hall in Learmonth, Victoria. This was the first time we 4 artists worked together. We were fuelled by nothing more than tea and cake & the desire to create.
The concept was developed between Sarah Lloyd & myself. Eve Klein took it to another realm with her haunting voice & music. Justin Batchelor was infinitely more than director of photography & video producer, bringing his keen artistic eye & rapid fire work ethic to the shoot. The glorious painting you see is Sarah Lloyds.
We loved making it & now we share it with you, hope you enjoy it.
