Fastidious Hats ... Millinery by Joanne Davis

'It is not often that an art reviewer has hats as material for consideration and yet it is a measure of Joanne Davis' creative energy and inventiveness that this is the second time I have had cause to mention them in this column.  Typical of her work are the two cocktail hats "Feathered Seduction" and "Cocktail Reflections" which subtly mock their origins and yet are not above all romantic possibilities'                                                                                                                                              Paul Baxter, Artist & Art Critic
